Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
We do not offer returns. Exchanges are only available if the piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect. Damage caused by wear and tear or misuse will not be considered a fault.
How do I request an exchange?
Contact us at studio@tonyblancojewelry.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include a description of the issue and images of the piece and we will be happy to help.
Repairs
Do you offer repairs?
All Tony Blanco pieces are covered by a repair service for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, we will do our best to help depending on the condition of the piece.
How do I request a repair?
- Contact us — email studio@tonyblancojewelry.com with a description of the issue and images of the piece.
- Assessment — we will review your request and send you an estimated price and timeframe.
- Send your piece — if you agree with the estimate, we will provide the shipping address to send your jewel to our Madrid studio.
- Repair & return — once repaired, your piece will be carefully inspected and shipped back to you.
