We do not offer returns. Exchanges are only available if the piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect. Damage caused by wear and tear or misuse will not be considered a fault.

Contact us at studio@tonyblancojewelry.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include a description of the issue and images of the piece and we will be happy to help.

All Tony Blanco pieces are covered by a repair service for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, we will do our best to help depending on the condition of the piece.

1. Contact us — email studio@tonyblancojewelry.com with a description of the issue and images of the piece.
2. Assessment — we will review your request and send you an estimated price and timeframe.
3. Send your piece — if you agree with the estimate, we will provide the shipping address to send your jewel to our Madrid studio.
4. Repair & return — once repaired, your piece will be carefully inspected and shipped back to you.

• Avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, creams, makeup, and chemical products.
• Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, or exercising.
• Do not wear your jewellery while sleeping.
• Always apply cosmetic products before putting on your jewellery, allowing them to fully absorb.
• Avoid contact with hard or abrasive surfaces.

• Store each piece separately to avoid scratches or friction between metals.
• Keep your jewellery in a cool, dry place, away from humidity and direct sunlight.
• Avoid storing pieces in bathrooms, where humidity and temperature changes can accelerate deterioration.

• After each wear, gently wipe your jewellery with a soft, dry cloth.
• For a deeper clean, use lukewarm water with mild soap. Rinse thoroughly and dry carefully.
• Avoid abrasive products or harsh chemicals.

• Gold-plated — handle gently and avoid contact with water, sweat, and chemicals to prolong the finish.
• Sterling silver — may tarnish over time. Clean with a silver cloth and store in a dry place. Frequent wear helps slow oxidation.
• Solid gold — durable but may develop small marks with wear. Clean occasionally with a soft cloth or lukewarm water and mild soap.
• Natural stones and pearls — delicate and porous. Avoid perfumes, cosmetics, and chemicals. Clean only with a soft cloth. Avoid high temperatures and chlorine.

The easiest way is to measure a ring you already own. Place it on a ruler and measure the inner diameter in millimetres, then match it to the chart below.

Alternatively, wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimetres — this is your circumference.
